The controlled atmosphere multi-purpose furnace production line is mainly used for gas carburizing, carbonitriding and heating of workpieces under controlled atmosphere protection, and can complete heat treatment processes such as direct quenching.
This furnace can be used for the following heat treatments:
Carburizing
Carbonitriding
Protective Atmosphere Quenching,
Slow Cooling After Carburizing (Slow Cooling Type)
Secondary Heating and Quenching After Carburizing (Slow Cooling Type)
Sealed box-type multi-purpose furnace (for quenching)
Dual-liquid cleaning machine (for pre- and post-processing cleaning of products)
High-temperature tempering furnace (for tempering)
Loading and unloading trolleys (for moving workpieces in and out)
Single-station roller conveyor table (for material preparation)
1. Load the workpiece into the material frame and then place it on the storage platform.
2. Transfer the workpiece to the front chamber of the multi-purpose furnace. After air replacement, transfer the workpiece to the rear chamber and begin heating.
3. After heating, transfer the workpiece to the lifting platform in the front chamber for quenching.
4. After quenching, transfer the workpiece to the cleaning machine to remove the quenching oil from the surface.
5. After cleaning, transfer the workpiece to the tempering furnace for tempering.
6. After tempering, remove the workpiece, completing one heat treatment process.
