Resonant Acoustic Mixing, RAM is an advanced pulp-free mixing technology. This technology is based on a special mechanical resonance series to generate high-intensity acoustic vibration excitation, forming macroscopic vibration mixing and microscopic acoustic flow mixing coupling in the mixed multiphase flow, achieving uniform and rapid mixing without dead ends in the whole field.
Application Field: It can achieve highly uniform mixing of traditional difficult-to-disperse materials such as ultrafine powders, large density differences, slurries, and high-viscosity materials. In addition, it can also be used for material crushing, encapsulation, emulsification, eutectic synthesis and other applications.
After the system is working, the internal driving components drive the excitation body to work, so that different parts of the internal mechanical structure of the mixer move relative to each other and generate vibration. The system adjusts the output excitation force in real time according to the feedback data to meet the resonance requirements. After the resonance condition is reached, the system acceleration increases and maintains at the preset acceleration value level.
The resonant sound high-efficiency mixer has a specific resonant frequency through reasonable parameter design. The frequency is generally maintained at around 60Hz. During operation, the system will continue to monitor relevant parameters and adjust the output. After the resonance occurs, the internal mechanical parts of the mixer produce relative movement, that is, the resonant body and the load body move in opposite directions and the resonance amplitude is similar. Therefore, the excitation force can offset each other internally during movement, reducing the impact on the frame.
